Cynthia Ruan is an analyst for LBX Investments. In this role, she focuses on Asset Management across the portfolio.
Prior to joining LBX , Cynthia was an Asset Management Summer Analyst at RMR Group, where she helped manage the retail and hotel REIT - Service Properties Trust (SVC). She also worked as an Acquisitions and Development Summer Analyst at Peachtree Group, underwriting hotel investments. Cynthia received her BSBA in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from Boston University.
