Finding Value in an Out-of-Favor, Misunderstood Sector: Since 2016, our team has focused on the neighborhood shopping center space in rapidly growing Southeastern markets. Our team has acquired 18 shopping centers comprising more than 2.7 million square feet and $232.8 million in total asset value. While the world frets about the impacts of Amazon and the "E-pocalypse," we focus on high quality real estate, tenant credit quality, and centers that are somewhat e-commerce resistant. We pursue both value-add and core plus investments under this strategy.
