Jasmyn Sylvester, CPM®, ACoM®, is the Director of Property Management for LBX Investments. In this role, she focuses on the day-to-day operations, management, and oversight for the LBX portfolio ensuring alignment with our strategic operational objectives.
Jasmyn has over 10 years of experience within property management. Prior to joining LBX, Jasmyn was Vice President of Property Management- East for Pine Tree Commercial Realty, managing the team for the east coast. She is the 2024 IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Georgia President and has served the chapter and IREM International in several capacities.
In 2023, Jasmyn was named as one of Globe Street’s Real Estate Forum, Women of Influence in the Mentorship category and honored with two 2023 IREM REME (Real Estate Management Excellence) Awards in the Accredited Commercial Manager of the Year and DEI Excellence categories. She was also named one of ICSC’s Mary Lou Fiala Fellows for 2023. She is also currently pursuing an MS in Commercial Real Estate from her alma mater, Georgia State University.
