Ryan Preston manages Leasing for LBX Retail. In this role, he oversees leasing efforts for the LBX Retail portfolio and manages relationships with third-party broker partners. Ryan has more than 22 years of experience in retail leasing in the Southeast and has leased more than 7.5 million square feet in his career. Additionally, he has experience in several complementary disciplines including pre-development, construction and project management. Most recently, he was with The Providence Group. Prior he was with Hawthorne Retail Partners and Crosland. His personal deal sheet includes retailers such as Whole Foods, Five Below, Harris Teeter, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, WHJBM, Sur la Table, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Lane Bryant, Starbucks, REI, Gander Mountain, Hobby Lobby, Best Buy, PetSmart, Stage Stores, Burkes Outlet, Zale’s, Old Navy, Marshalls, Off Broadway Shoes, Michael’s, Office Max, HomeGoods, Ross, Walgreens, CVS, Family Dollar, countless fitness clubs, service retail, restaurants, banks, fast-food and c-store operators.
Ryan is married with four children and is deeply involved in his children’s school communities and the local church community. He previously served as head of the Physical Asset Management committee for Cuidad de Angeles, serving on numerous mission trips (construction) and remains financially supportive of the same. Additionally, Ryan has volunteered on numerous disaster-relief efforts across the country through the Disaster Response Team.
